A Brief and Concise

Introduction to

Peck Private Press

Peck Private Press was founded in September 2025 by myself, E.D. Peck, as a means to publish they myriad of different projects that I was busying myself with. The first of these projects that would see the light of day was the Lost Voices Resurrected Series, but was joined about a year later by my broader fiction and philosophy projects.

My name is Ethan Peck and I hold many hats. I served for six years in the U.S. Navy, ending my time as an Electronics Technician (SW) Second Class Petty officer in 2016. I then attended the University of La Verne for the next three and a half years where I studied philosophy and graduated Cum Laude in 2021.

My senior thesis focused on three major things:

  1. Existentialism and the complex reality of understanding the difference between subjective and objective belief.
  2. How the rise of artificial intelligence would bring about an era of unpreceded doubt in our ability to trust in any form of objective reality that we all live in.
  3. Political extremism and how the loss of meaning drove normal people towards charismatic leaders who promised them concrete answers.

A copy of my thesis can be found here: The Law of Extremes: The Death of the Age of Objectivity.
